Focused on delivering clients with business-focused attention, Ye-Eun draws upon her experiences as a seconded attorney with the Audax Group, a private equity fund focused on middle market companies. As a member of the Audax team, Ye-Eun was involved in drafting and negotiating contracts that ranged from NDAs, employment, lease agreements, and construction agreements. She also assisted the compliance team with its annual reviews. Ye-Eun’s primary focus is in mergers and acquisitions but her experience also includes debt financing, equity financing, corporate governance, and data privacy.
Ye-Eun is deeply committed to her pro bono work, providing meaningful support to organizations such as HelpAge USA, Fair Trade USA, Roca and Oxfam. From drafting key contracts to advising on governance and updating bylaws, she helps organizations strengthen operations and advance their missions.
Ye-Eun is fluent in both the Korean and Spanish languages.
