All three graduates are associates in the firm’s Private Client & Trust Group. They focus on creating and applying advanced tax-efficient planning strategies that align with the financial, charitable, risk management, and personal goals of individuals and families_^.

Matthew Fecteau counsels high net worth individuals and families, fiduciaries, and entrepreneurs on all facets of estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration. He helps clients safeguard wealth, protect assets, participate in charitable giving, and reduce estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Fecteau earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, and his B.S. from Suffolk University.

Vaishali Goyal advises individuals and their families on strategies for preserving and transferring wealth to future generations. She prepares wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, guardianships, and other agreements to achieve each family’s specific goals. Goyal oversees a wide range of estate, tax, and trust matters for clients during their lifetimes and manages probate matters after their passing. She is a board member of the South Asian Bar Association, where she was named 2021 “Mentor of the Year.” Goyal earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.

Rebecca Tunney assists individuals and families with complex estate plans, focusing on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, international tax planning, charitable giving, and business succession planning. She also has specialized experience in Canadian-U.S. estate planning, helping families navigate all aspects of cross-border estate, income, personal, and business tax planning. Tunney has been recognized as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. She earned her LL.M from Boston University, her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University, her M.S. from Boston University, and her B.S. from Cornell University^.
