Goulston & Storrs Names Gary Whyld Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Gary Whyld has joined the firm as its new Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration. In this role, Whyld will lead the firm’s lateral partner recruitment and integration efforts, supporting Goulston’s continued focus on attracting exceptional talent and ensuring lateral partners are positioned for long-term success at the firm.

Whyld brings deep experience in proactive partner recruitment, including market mapping, candidate assessment, direct sourcing, and search firm strategy. He will work to advance the firm’s use of market intelligence and technology to support a sophisticated, forward-looking, relationship-oriented approach to lateral partner recruitment. Whyld will also oversee the firm’s partner integration program, including helping new partners build relationships across the firm, connect with key resources, and position their practices for long-term success.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Whyld developed and led the lateral partner recruiting function at a global law firm and the global acquisition function at an international law firm, in addition to holding positions at a large regional health system and in the global executive recruiting space.
